I am writing to commend the stellar service and support I received from Dennis Mendrey during the recent sale and purchase of our house. As you are aware, due to a number of unplanned circumstances, my husband and I decided to sell our house on very short notice. Bruce and I were not always the easiest customers at times, and things were very stressful for us both. But Dennis had a special way of keeping things under control and all parties calm. There were many times that I very much appreciated his patience and support. Needless to say the house sold in 10 days and we were able to find a new house on the 11th! Our great service didn't stop there.
We knew we wanted to have some work done to the new house - but were unsure if we could get access. Dennis not only got us access to the house - but single handedly arranged for painting, millwork, carpet cleaning as well as fence design and implementation; not to mention all the standard services and cleanings that come with purchasing and inspecting a house. Again the window of time was very tight and Dennis really made these things happen so we could move in with them complete. In addition to this - he handled some tense moments and obstacles with grace and patience. He is a very special agent and one I would recommend to friend and family. The Woodinville office was stellar as well and we would use them again in a flash (let's hope that we don't need to any time soon).
